PC Light-Diffusing / UV-Resistant / Flame-Retardant Materials:

PC Transparent Matte Materials:

1) Features various matte particle sizes (coarse, medium, fine); excellent surface texture, slip resistance, and impact strength;

2) Highly moldable; easily processed into products of various shapes and sizes;

3) Matte particle size can be adjusted to meet customer requirements;

4) Excellent aging resistance; maintains stable performance across diverse environments.

 

PC Transparent / UV-Resistant / Flame-Retardant Materials:

1) High impact strength and toughness;

2) High transparency (90–92% light transmission), good heat and chemical resistance, and low water absorption;

3) Customizable (flame-retardant grades and UV resistance) to meet transparency needs while ensuring stable performance.

 

Light-Diffusing Masterbatch:

1) Features heat resistance, cold resistance, electrical insulation, and weather/aging/fatigue resistance;

2) High haze, high light transmission, and excellent dispersion (recommended addition ratio: 1:6–10; adjustable based on product thickness).

 

Flame-Retardant PC/ABS:

1) UL94 V-0 rated at 2.0mm; self-extinguishing upon removal of the ignition source;

2) High tensile, impact, and flexural strength;

3) Halogen-free flame-retardant PC/ABS compliant with EU standards;

4) More cost-effective than flame-retardant ABS.

 

PC Color-Matched Materials:

1) Strong tinting strength, stability, and compatibility;

2) Excellent dispersion; prevents the formation of color specks or spots.
